Sponsorship

About ZMS

For us, sponsorship is about more than placing a logo on a jersey.

Ntesports supports grassroots esports organisations through a combination of financial backing, mentorship, business advice, and industry connections. We are passionate about helping ambitious teams and community leaders build sustainable organisations that can make a lasting impact on the players and communities they serve. Whether it's supporting emerging organisations in the UK, North America, or Africa, our goal remains the same: to help grassroots esports thrive

Sponsorship Opportunities

For Grassroots Esports

Our commitment to grassroots esports extends beyond sponsoring organisations. Ntesports regularly supports school, college, university, and community esports events through prize donations, guest speakers, judging panels, workshops, and industry talks. Whether it’s helping to reward student achievement, sharing industry knowledge, or creating memorable experiences for participants, we are passionate about giving back to the esports community and helping the next generation of players, creators, and industry professionals discover new opportunities.

CTRL Esports

CTRL Esports holds a special place in the Ntesports sponsorship story as the very first organisation we chose to support. Founded by former Queen Mary’s College students, CTRL was originally pitched to us as part of their course over six years ago. The passion, ambition, and professionalism shown by the team stood out immediately, and Ntesports has proudly supported them ever since.

Over the years, CTRL Esports has grown into a respected grassroots organisation within the UK esports scene, demonstrating how dedication, strong leadership, and community focus can create long-term success. In 2026, the organisation celebrated one of its most successful years to date, with its Valorant roster winning EPIC.LAN and its Counter-Strike roster securing an impressive third-place finish. Their journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when talent, hard work, and the right support come together.

Chicago, USA

Take Back Control

Take Back Control (TBC) is one of the most inspiring organisations we have had the privilege to support. Based on the South Side of Chicago, the organisation was founded by Travis while he was just 15 years old, driven by a passion for esports and a desire to create opportunities within his community.

Ntesports began sponsoring Take Back Control in 2023, and it has been a pleasure to watch the organisation grow. We was fortunate enough to visit Chicago and meet Travis in person, gaining first-hand insight into the dedication and hard work behind the project. Balancing his education alongside the demands of running an esports organisation has been no small task, yet TBC continues to go from strength to strength.

A testament to that commitment is the organisation’s latest achievement, with Take Back Control set to compete at the 2026 Pokémon World Championships in Orlando, Florida. Their journey demonstrates how passion, perseverance, and community spirit can create opportunities that reach far beyond local boundaries.

Kenya

CZY Esports

Founded by former professional Fortnite player Allan “Serge” Kimani, CZY Esports is one of the leading grassroots esports organisations in East Africa. Ntesports began sponsoring CZY in 2024, recognising both the organisation’s strong reputation within the African gaming community and its ambition to create long-term opportunities for players and young people.

Our support has focused not only on financial sponsorship but also on helping the organisation develop a sustainable business model that can support future growth which has helped CZY enjoy a number of high profile tournament wins. Following a visit to Nairobi in 2026, the partnership has continued to strengthen, with CZY securing two significant new strategic partnerships and expanding its reach within the region.
Today, our relationship goes beyond sponsorship, with both organisations working together to develop educational programmes that will help connect esports, skills development, and career opportunities for young people across Kenya and beyond.

CZY’s continued growth demonstrates the power of combining passion, vision, and collaboration to create meaningful impact through esports.
