NTesports Wins ‘Esports Consultancy of the Year’ at the 2025 Innovation & Excellence Awards
NTesports is incredibly proud to announce that we have been named ‘Esports Consultancy of the Year’ in the prestigious 2025 Innovation & Excellence Awards, marking our fourth award win of the year. This recognition is a powerful reminder of the impact grassroots esports can have when paired with passion, purpose, and partnership.
The Innovation & Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding businesses and individuals across a range of sectors, spotlighting excellence in service, innovation, sustainability, and leadership. This year, over 90,000 businesses, corporate professionals, magazine contributors, and subscribers were invited to nominate and vote. In addition to public nominations, a dedicated research team independently identified firms demonstrating notable achievement in their fields.
To be selected as the top consultancy in esports from such a wide pool of nominees is an incredible honour, and one we do not take lightly.
Our Mission in Action
NTesports was founded on a simple but powerful mission: to champion grassroots esports and transform education through the lens of competitive gaming. Since our inception, we’ve worked tirelessly to support schools, colleges, esports teams, and educators across the UK and beyond.
From developing the largest online shop of esports teaching resources, to sponsoring community teams such as CTRL Esports, QM Samurai, Take Back Control (Chicago), and CZY Esports (Kenya), our goal has always been clear: make esports accessible, meaningful, and inclusive.
Our consultancy work spans the full spectrum—from curriculum design and quality assurance in BTEC esports qualifications, to guiding educational institutions through the setup of purpose-built esports facilities, such as those at Queen Mary’s College and Guild College. We also support major grassroots initiatives like The NTs Esports Student Awards and provide instructional guidance for End Point Assessors in partnership with leading awarding bodies.

While we’re proud of the accolades, our biggest reward is seeing students thrive, educators empowered, and institutions inspired to embrace esports as a serious vehicle for learning, inclusion, and innovation. Whether we’re helping build a new curriculum, designing an esports arena, mentoring a student-run broadcast team, or developing inclusive teamwear under our brand Adept, everything we do is rooted in a commitment to community, creativity, and character.
We’re also incredibly fortunate to partner with outstanding organisations like ZMS Esports Studios, Pearson, Yoyotech, and a growing list of forward-thinking educators and institutions.
