🎉 CTRL Esports Qualifies for Valorant Tier 2 – A Huge Step Forward for the NTesports-Sponsored Team
We’re thrilled to share that CTRL Esports, proudly sponsored by NTesports, has officially secured its place in Tier 2 Valorant competition after a standout performance in the Challengers 2025 NORTH//EAST Samsung Odyssey Split 3.
After months of hard-fought matches and consistent progression, CTRL Esports has earned promotion into the Valorant Challengers League (VCL) Northern Europe Stage 3, a massive leap for the British organisation and a testament to the team’s resilience, focus, and skill.
The roster: marky, t0ba, anxios, spamk, and mezoky – came together to deliver a dominant qualifying run that secured their slot in one of Europe’s most competitive regional leagues. They’ll now go head-to-head with top-tier northern teams, including potential matchups against major academy sides like Liquid Academy and Metizport.
“It definitely feels good to qualify for lower Swiss even though it’s only the first step,” said SPMAK. “I have high expectations and goals for myself. My goal is definitely to qualify for Challengers EMEA, which would allow me to play against the best VCL teams in EU. Since I have previously only played in DACH, I’m hoping to play against Liquid Academy and Metizport during this split.”
